Die Stadt ist bekannt f\u00fcr ihre lebendige Kulturszene und lockt Besucher mit einer von Kolonialh\u00e4usern ges\u00e4umten Uferpromenade, Live-Musik, beeindruckender Stra\u00dfenkunst und einer malerischen Bucht.
